2. Early-adopter license

The price is as shown at checkout (currently $99 USD unless otherwise stated). Payment is processed by Stripe.

This is an early-adopter annual license (valid for 1 year) for one Mac or iPad (Apple Silicon: M1, M2, M3, M4). It is not a lifetime license. Software updates and performance upgrades are provided throughout the active 1-year term.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if the software does not meet your expectations or fails to run on your Apple Silicon Mac or iPad.

3. What you get

A license to install and use Gravity on one Mac or iPad for your own lawful purposes. There is no user account or login required for the desktop product.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Gravity for unlawful, harmful, or unethical purposes; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where mandatory law allows; resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software without our written permission; or circumvent license or security controls.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
